Salary:$108,000–$127,000 per year, depending on experience

We are currently seeking an experiencedRegistered Nurse (RN)with strong leadership and supervisory skills to join our team as aUnit Manager.
As theUnit Manager, RN, you will oversee the daily operations of an assigned nursing unit and provide clinical leadership to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care.
Working in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, you will help ensure the nursing unit operates in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and standards.
