The role emphasizes collaboration with Nursing Directors and interdisciplinary teams, supporting staff development and maintaining a professional, positive work environment on site.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Oregon.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care facilities.
• Experience in healthcare settings such as hospital or long-term care facilities preferred.

We are currently seeking an experiencedRegistered Nurse (RN)with strong leadership and supervisory skills to join our team as aUnit Manager.

Position Summary

As theUnit Manager, RN, you will oversee the daily operations of an assigned nursing unit and provide clinical leadership to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care.

Working in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, you will help ensure the nursing unit operates in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and standards.
