Job summary

Lillian Carter Health Center in Georgia is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and oversee resident care in a faith-based, resident-focused facility.

You will supervise RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs, and medication aides; perform admissions and routine assessments; monitor residents; document clearly; and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise staff and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments with RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
