Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking an RN Unit Manager (Registered Nurse) to lead a unit, oversee care planning, assessments and staff supervision for residents needing therapy and long-term care. The position offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus, a day shift with full benefits, advancement opportunities, and competitive pay based on experience.

Delaware RN licensure is required; prior long-term care experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Delaware as an RN.
• Prior long-term care experience required.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen and references.

Responsibilities

• Assist to develop, implement and update individual care plans and supplement hands-on care needs.
• Complete admission, discharge and other assessments as needed.
• Assist to handle acute health changes and coordinate with physicians, care providers and families.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, county and company health/safety regulations.
• Audit documentation and care for quality control and compliance.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to families and providers, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide ongoing training, orientation and performance evaluations for staff; manage staffing schedules and assignments.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility:
