Complete Care at Silver Lake in Dover, DE is hiring an RN Unit Manager to lead nursing care for our residents. The role requires DE RN licensure, prior long-term care leadership, and a strong focus on quality, safety and resident satisfaction.

You will develop and monitor care plans, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team. Competitive benefits, sign-on bonus, and tuition reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior Long Term Care experience required.
• Licensed registered nurse in Delaware.
• Pass background check, drug screen, references & physical evaluation.
• Strong leadership, customer service and clinical competency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and update individual care plans for residents.
• Complete admissions, discharges and other assessments as needed.
• Assist with triage and interventions for acute health changes and collaborate with care providers and families.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, county and company health/safety regulations.
• Audit documentation and care for quality control/compliance.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to families and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide ongoing staff training, orientation and performance evaluations; manage staffing schedules.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents & Facility

• Care Needs & Planning: Assist to develop, implement and continually update individual care plans, supplement hands on care needs
