Job summary

Harborview-Health-System is seeking a Unit Manager - RN/LPN to lead a clinical team in our Georgia skilled nursing facility. You will supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, oversee admissions and assessments, and ensure safe, timely resident care.

This role emphasizes clear documentation, infection control, and strong communication with interdisciplinary teams and families. Active RN or LPN license required; long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Willingness to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a dedicated Unit Manager - RN/LPN

What You Will Do

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
