Job summary

Lillian Carter Health Center in Plains, GA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing teams and oversee medications and treatments for residents in a faith-based, caring environment. You will supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, perform resident assessments, monitor changes, support activities of daily living, and maintain clear documentation.

Active RN license in good standing is required; long-term care experience is preferred.
