Job summary

Roselane Health Center by Harborview is seeking a Unit Manager - RN/LPN to oversee nursing care in a faith-based, resident-focused environment.

You will supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, conduct admissions and routine assessments, and ensure safety, comfort, and continuity of care for residents. A valid GA RN or LPN license is required, with preference for long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in GA.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned
