Job summary

Macgregor Health in Greenville, NC is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor for weekend shifts to lead medication delivery and supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aides. You will oversee admissions, assessments, documentation, and maintain safety and continuity of care for residents.

Active RN or LPN license in good standing is required. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required; we will invest in the right heart and mindset with strong benefits and

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aides where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned
