Job summary

Arcadia Rehabilitation in Pensacola, FL is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor to oversee medication delivery, supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, and ensure timely resident assessments. You will monitor conditions, respond to changes, and help with daily living activities.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, strong communication with interdisciplinary teams and families, and strict infection control to protect residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
