Job summary

Tree of Life Rehabilitation is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care in a faith-based setting. The role oversees RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and medication aides, supervises medication delivery and treatments, and drives timely resident assessments.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN or LPN license in good standing and has experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment, though training will be provided for the right mindset.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required, active and in good standing.
• Experience supervising nursing staff is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Complete admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure safety and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living and maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families.

What You Will Do

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable

• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments

• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

• Support activities of daily living

• Maintain clear, timely documentation

• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families

• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates

• Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
