Complete Care is hiring a RN Unit Manager to lead our long-term care unit, coordinating care planning, assessments, and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time day-shift role with benefits; pay negotiable based on experience; on-call rotation required.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Prior Long Term Care experience.
• Licensed RN in applicable state.
• Pass background check, drug screen, references check and physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Care needs and planning: assist to develop, implement and continually update individual care plans.
• Assessments: complete admission, discharge and other assessments as needed.
• Triage and interventions: assist to handle acute health changes, physicians' orders and collaboration with care providers and families.
• Regulatory standards: ensure compliance with federal, state, county and company health/safety regulations.
• Quality assurance: audit documentation and care for quality control/compliance.
• Family and team liaison: communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works with the interdisciplinary team.
• Team oversight and mentorship: provide ongoing training, orientation and performance evaluations for staff; manage staffing schedules and assignments.
