ExcelCare At the Pines, a leading provider of rehabilitation and healing services, is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team in our skilled nursing facility. You will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and support nursing staff.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has prior SNF/long-term care leadership experience, and excels in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit.

• Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Completing and reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participating in care plan meetings and collaborating with other departments to support resident needs.
• Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Addressing staff concerns and helping maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of a nursing unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong support for nursing staff.

RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit
