Life Care Centers of America in Federal Way, WA is seeking an experienced RN Unit Care Coordinator to supervise and coordinate patient care on its unit, in line with laws and Life Care standards.

The role requires an RN license, a nursing diploma, and CPR certification, with a preference for 1 year of geriatric nursing. You will lead the nursing team, manage care plans, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes on a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• WA RN license in good standing required.
• Nursing diploma (ASN/BSN) required.
• CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.
• One year geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily functions of unit nurses and CNAs.
• Chart accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate patient care plans and services.
• Provide leadership in emergencies affecting patients and staff.
• Maintain patient rights, safety, and comfort.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality.
