Job summary

The role requires supervisory experience and RN licensure with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing; a Master’s degree and additional certifications are preferred. The position emphasizes collaboration across clinical teams and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Five years' technical experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides unit-based leadership and coordinates care plans.
• Directs unit personnel and manages staffing needs.
• Engages with health team to implement care improvements.
• Ensures patient safety and quality of care across the unit.
• Coordinates conferences with staff, patients, and families.
• Implements policy changes in collaboration with leadership.
