Job summary

The role requires a RN licensure in California, a BSN (Master’s preferred), and several years of acute care and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Master’s degree preferred
• Five years of technical nursing experience preferred
• One year of leadership experience preferred
• Two years of acute care nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Builds and leads a high-performing clinical work team.
• Sets and achieves goals for patient safety and quality of care.
• Directs daily rounds with physicians and staff to coordinate patient care.
• Manages unit staffing, overtime, and scheduling with management input.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
