Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Five years of technical experience is preferred.
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides unit-based leadership in clinical service development and delivery.
• Supervises and directs nursing and ancillary staff with professional judgment.
• Collaborates with Nurse Manager, Director, physicians, and staff to optimize patient care and safety.
• Initiates care plans and conducts rounds to ensure quality patient experience.
• Ensures compliance with safety goals and quality measures through PI teams.
