• Bachelor’s degree in nursing; enrolled in master's degree within 36 months of hire (special consideration for BSN if master's not in nursing).
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred; if master’s not in Nursing, BSN required.
• Certification in specialty area (preferred).

Responsibilities

• All day-to-day operations of the unit are handled independently.
• Provide guidance to the Director on an as-needed basis.
• Lead staff and manage budgets and unit goals.
• Ensure staff performance evaluations are reviewed appropriately.
