Job summary

Requirements include an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, an active RN license in Missouri, CPR certification, and preferably one year of geriatric nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state with good standing.
• Nursing diploma or higher required.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily functions of unit nurses and CNAs to provide leadership.
• Chart appropriately, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate patient care plans and services.
• Administer medications as ordered by a physician.
• Respond to emergencies related to patient and staff safety.
• Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality.
