Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Missouri is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. The RN delivers quality nursing care, assesses patients, and adjusts care plans to maintain well-being.

You will supervise CNAs and LPNs, uphold Life Care standards, ensure compliance with laws, and contribute to a supportive, patient‑centered environment. A nursing diploma and active RN license are required, with CPR and at least one year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Active RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification on hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients.
• Evaluate patient needs and revise care plans based on changes in patient’s condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
• Maintain compliance with Life Care standards and applicable regulations.
