Prosser Memorial Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to coordinate triage and urgent care support, working with clinical teams to follow best practices and clinical guidelines. The role involves triage expertise and coordinating care for patients with urgent symptoms.

Requirements include a minimum of three years RN experience in inpatient or outpatient settings, WA RN licensure, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ RN experience in an in-patient or outpatient clinic setting.
• Demonstrated clinical skills with emphasis on patient triage.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Understands patient safety requirements and quality improvement models; understands interfaces between clinic, hospital and community.
• Preferred: Telephone triage experience.
