OhioHealth is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our fast-paced call center supporting primary care offices. You will be the first point of contact for patients with emergent symptoms, providing expert clinical guidance over the phone and documenting in CareConnect.

The role requires an Ohio RN license, BLS, and strong multitasking; you will work a day shift (Mon-Fri, 0830-1700) with occasional in-person meetings at the Blom Administrative Campus 1-2 times a year.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio in good standing.
• BLS certification.
• Experience in triage or healthcare call center preferred.

• Triage patients with emergent symptoms via phone and MyChart messages.
• Assess patient needs, ask targeted questions, and provide clinical guidance.
• Document interactions in CareConnect and coordinate with the primary care team.
