Job summary

Premier Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse to support assessment, planning, intervention, coordination, and evaluation of patient care within our call and referral center, focusing on phone-based patient contact.

The role requires current Ohio RN licensure with CNE requirements, CPR within 3 months, HIPAA knowledge, and experience in ambulatory settings; EPIC EMR familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current Ohio license and CNE requirements.
• Experience preferred in ambulatory health care facility.
• CPR certification required within 3 months of employment.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
