OhioHealth Corporation is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a fast-paced call center supporting primary care offices. You will be the first point of contact for patients experiencing emergent symptoms, providing expert clinical guidance over the phone and documenting in CareConnect.

This role requires strong assessment skills, sound clinical judgment, and collaboration with the health care team.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• 30% Assessment/Diagnosis: assess health status and determine care needs.
• 30% Outcomes Identification/Planning: document interventions to meet patient outcomes.
• 20% Implementation/Evaluation: monitor and adjust care plan as needed.
