Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with MA licensure in good standing by start date.
• BSN preferred or ability to obtain BSN within 4 years.
• Experience in hematology/oncology, emergency medicine, triage or ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation across the care continuum.
• Administer injections, pump disconnects, vaccines and manage medication refills.
• Triage telephone calls, provide health information and coordinate follow-up with providers.
• Document in EMR and communicate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Educate patients and families, support patient safety and care transitions.
