Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hematology/oncology or ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process to deliver timely, safe, patient-centered care.
• Administer injections, pump disconnects, vaccines, and medication refills.
• Triage calls and coordinate follow-up with providers and clinics.
• Schedule appointments and review lab results to identify critical values.
• Document in EMR and communicate with physicians for follow-up care.
• Provide patient teaching and health information to support self-management.
