Job summary

Boston Medical Center in Boston, MA seeks a Hem/Onc Infusion Nurse/Triage/Multi-D clinic to provide direct patient care across the care continuum. The RN will perform assessments, planning, interventions, evaluation, and coordination in collaboration with the hematology/oncology team, adhering to MA Board standards.

Requirements include a BSN, MA RN license, BLS and ACLS, at least 1 year of oncology experience, and experience with chemotherapy administration and IV access.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with MA licensure in good standing.
• BSN degree or enrollment in BSN within 6 months of hire; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year oncology experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; OC N certification preferred.
• Experience with chemotherapy administration and IV access.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and nursing assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination.
• Collaborate with Hematology/Oncology Clinic team to deliver quality care.
• Adhere to Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing standards and agency policies.
• Support education, quality, and patient outcomes; participate in care processes.
