Community Health Programs is seeking an RN to triage patients by phone or in person, determine care levels, and assist physicians in ambulatory settings. You will supervise clinical staff under the Practice Manager and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care.

The role requires an RN or BSN, MA licensure, and BLS. Experience with Athena EMR and ambulatory care is preferred, with a focus on patient education, scheduling, and care coordination in Berkshire County, MA.
