Job summary

Naven Health, a nationwide home infusion nursing network, seeks an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion sites, under supervision. You’ll support patient safety, deliver therapies, and document care in real time, collaborating with the Clinical team to ensure continuity of care.

Active RN license and 0–2 years infusion nursing experience are required, with CPR certification and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience required.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class per policy).
• Demonstrated competency in patient care standards for safe delivery.
• Licensed to operate a motor vehicle with access to a vehicle and liability insurance.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use nursing tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments and evaluates progress.
• Assesses patient needs at each visit and updates plans per physician orders.
• Provides patient and family teaching to support independent care.
• Communicates with Clinical team and documents care in real-time.
• Coordinates discharge planning and reports patient progress on transfer.
• Adheres to agency policies, regulations, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintains efficient workflow using computers and scheduling tools.
• Responds to patient requests and initiates emergency procedures when needed.
• Complies with training, supervision, and ongoing competency requirements.
• Supports supervision of paraprofessionals in home settings as applicable.
