Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion sites, under supervisor. You will deliver treatments, educate patients and caregivers, and ensure safety and alignment with the physician plan of care.

Active RN license is required with 0–2 years infusion nursing experience and CPR certification. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel are required, along with proficiency in nursing documentation and HIPAA

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 0–2 years infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for business travel with proof of liability insurance.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use nursing technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements basic nursing plan of care in home or infusion site.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Adjusts treatment plan based on physician orders and patient status.
• Document care in real time and maintain compliance with timelines for billing.
• Coordinate discharge planning and provide patient education and instructions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and safety standards while delivering care.
