Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN seeks an exceptional Registered Nurse for the Trauma & Surgical Unit. This fast-paced unit handles trauma, spinal and brain injuries, complex surgical cases, and critical care needs for patients 16+. You will work within the Shared Governance model with a nurse residency program supporting transition and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing with 1 year RN experience.
• Current Minnesota RN license.
• CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
