Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced surgical/trauma unit. You will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population and collaborate with PACU and ICU teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.

New graduates and experienced RNs are welcome to apply. A Nurse Residency program and ongoing training support professional growth within a large rural health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in-state or multistate license if applicable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to surgical and trauma patients.
• Collaborate with PACU and ICU during patient transitions.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and time management in a fast-paced unit.
