Regions Hospital in Minnesota seeks an exceptional, patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our Neurosciences and Specialty Care Surgery Unit. The 36-bed South 10 unit offers private rooms and comprehensive stroke care in a Level I Trauma Center, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice and family-centered care.

Our Shared Governance model supports professional growth and a nurse residency program.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN with MN RN license; 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota; CPR/BLS.
• Exceptional interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care on the Neurosciences and Specialty Care Surgery Unit.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement care.
• Support patient education and discharge planning with families and caregivers.
