You will participate in governance and quality initiatives, collaborate with the care team, and maintain comprehensive EHR documentation while providing age-appropriate patient care with autonomy and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active registered nurse license with multi-state or single-state privileges.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.
• Proficient in operating EHR and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ensures accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units or facilities to meet patient care needs.
• Provide age-appropriate nursing care according to department policies.
