Atrium Health Floyd is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for a 36-bed General Surgery/Trauma Step-Down Unit in Georgia. You will deliver evidence-based care, coordinate with the care team, and support patient families throughout the continuum.

Requires RN license with BLS; BSN preferred. This full-time role features a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, a proactive orientation, and opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• May administer medications and treatments per protocol.
