Job summary

Mahnomen Health Center seeks a Clinical Quality & Safety Program Manager-RN (CQSP) to oversee trauma care quality, infection prevention, and performance improvement. This RN will coordinate outpatient services, collaborate with the Nursing Director, Medical Director and administration to maintain compliant, cost-effective care pathways across the patient continuum.

The role requires BLS/ACLS/PALS/CALS/TNCC or comparable readiness, and strong analytical and teaching skills to drive evidence-based

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Minnesota is required.
• Three years RN trauma/emergency care recommended.
• 1 year infection prevention and quality improvement experience recommended.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC or CALS certifications required within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead outpatient coordination of safe, timely services.
• Develop, implement and maintain compliance programs.
• Coordinate quality improvement, infection prevention and workplace violence activities.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership, medical director, and clinicians.
