Job summary

Mahnomen Health in Minnesota seeks a Clinical Quality & Safety Program Manager-RN (CQSP) to lead outpatient safety, quality improvement, infection prevention, and workplace violence initiatives within the Hospital and Emergency Services department.

The role collaborates with the Hospital DON, Medical Director, and clinical staff to develop and maintain compliant programs, coordinate trauma care, and support evidence-based patient care in the emergency and acute care setting.

Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota required
• BLS certification required by hire or within 3 months
• ACLS and PALS certifications required by hire or within 6 months
• TNCC or CALS certification within 1 year
• Minimum 3 years RN trauma/emergency care experience recommended
• Infection prevention and quality improvement program experience recommended

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outpatient care, scheduling, treatments, infusions and follow-up.
• Develop, implement and maintain compliance and quality programs.
• Lead trauma care quality initiatives and coordinate with trauma leadership.
• Monitor infection prevention, quality metrics and patient safety data.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership, physicians and administration to ensure safe, cost-effective care.
• Balance outpatient and trauma program responsibilities to meet patient care needs.
