145 The Medical Center of Central Georgia, Inc (MCCG) seeks an experienced Trauma Services RN to oversee quality and safety across the Trauma Program. You will coordinate with leadership, monitor performance, and drive improvements within the Level 1-2 trauma setting.

The role requires an active RN license, ACLS/PALS, ENPC or TNCC, and 5+ years in a Level 1-2 trauma center with strong communication and data-management skills.

Formación

• Current RN license is required.
• Board of Nursing approved nursing education program completed.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification are required.
• ENPC or TNCC certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Experience in Level 1-2 trauma centers preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates activities with Trauma Services leadership to improve program quality.
• Monitors trauma performance and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Manages PIPS data in trauma registry and other locations per ACS guidelines.
• Plans and attends multidisciplinary meetings and prepares required reports.
• Acts as a liaison to trauma leadership and supports education programs.
