Job summary

Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton, Arkansas, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Trauma Program Manager to lead trauma care and drive quality improvement from pre-hospital care through discharge. You will monitor nursing care, partner with the Trauma Medical Director, and coordinate performance and patient safety initiatives to enhance outcomes.

This leadership role focuses on developing standards, managing staff, budgeting, and integrating evidence-based practices to elevate trauma services

Qualifications

• BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications required.
• CSTR certification within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop departmental goals aligned with the organization’s strategic plan.
• Manage staff relations including scheduling, development, recruitment, payroll and student engagement.
• Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts and vendor relations; justify needs for equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate patient care with staff, physicians and other departments; may provide direct patient care when needed.
• Foster ongoing professional growth and integrate evidence-based practices into operations.
