Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Trauma General Surgical Unit 8C. The 32-bed inpatient unit cares for patients across acute surgical and trauma recovery in a fast-paced, step-down setting.

The team model includes Virtual RNs, bedside RNs, and CNAs, offering opportunities for growth into ER and Critical Care. Self schedule: full-time, three 12-hour night shifts per week, 7–7.

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• Multistate licenses must establish Idaho residency within 60 days of hire.
• BLS certification required at hire; ACLS/PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS.

Responsabilités

• Provides professional nursing care in collaboration with health care team for patient assessment, planning and treatment.
• Utilizes resources to promote physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
• Performs delegation, assessment, care planning, and patient/family teaching as part of responsibilities.
