Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for the Orthopedic Joint Trauma Unit. The 32-bed unit cares for high-acuity trauma patients and offers opportunities for growth into Emergency Room and Critical Care specialties.

Self Schedule: Full Time Nights, three 12-hour shifts (7pm–7am) with rotating weekends; includes potential sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Explore career advancement with a supportive, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Multistate licenses must establish Idaho residency within 60 days from hire.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross required; ACLS/PALS may be accepted in lieu.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care in collaboration with the health care team for assessment, planning and treatment of patients and families.
• Uses resources to promote physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
• Performs delegation, assessment, care planning, and patient/family teaching as part of a broad scope of nursing duties.
