Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Coordinator who is a Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating care for Pre/Post Transplant Patients. This role ensures continuity of patient care through effective communication with the multi-disciplinary team across all areas of transplant services.

The RN will apply growth and development knowledge to assess age-specific needs and deliver appropriate treatment, while supporting on-call duties and night/weekend coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited state approved school/college of Nursing.
• Active, unencumbered RN license from the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
• A minimum of 2 years experience as an RN.
• Critical Care/Cardiology/Telemetry experience preferred.
• Requires the ability to take call for patient support.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for Pre/Post Transplant Patients across the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure continuity of patient care and assess age-specific needs to deliver appropriate treatment.
