Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Transplant Coordinator Nurse to coordinate all aspects of care for transplant patients. You will collaborate with patients, families and a multidisciplinary team to meet needs across the care continuum.

The role requires RN licensure, at least 1 year of RN experience (3 years preferred), and leadership in education and quality initiatives. Day shifts, full-time, 72–80 hours per pay period, with 8-hour days.

Formación

• RN license by applicable state requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience required, 3 years preferred.
• Graduate of ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all aspects of care for transplant patients.
• Collaborate with patient, caregiver, and multidisciplinary team.
• Provide patient and family education on a consistent basis.
• Provide leadership through quality improvement and research.
