Job summary

Mayo Clinic seeks a Transplant Coordinator Nurse to oversee all aspects of transplant patient care. You will collaborate with patients, families and the healthcare team to plan care across the continuum and educate on needs.

Leadership in quality improvement and adherence to ANA/UNOS/FACT guidelines will guide practice. This is a full-time, on-site role in Minnesota with day shifts and a 72-hour pay period.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from ACEN/CCNE accredited program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year RN clinical experience; 3 years preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for transplant patients with multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families across the care continuum.
• Lead quality improvement activities and ensure standards.
