Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is actively seeking a Transplant Coordinator Nurse to manage all facets of transplant patient care. You will collaborate with patients, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement care across the continuum.

Responsibilities include education for patients and families, leadership in quality improvement, and adherence to ANA/UNOS/FACT guidelines. TN sponsorship is available, with required state licensure and certification within three years.

Qualifications

• RN license required by state.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience, 3 years preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of transplant patient care.
• Collaborate with patient, caregiver, and multidisciplinary team.
• Provide patient/family education on an ongoing basis.
• Lead quality improvement and research activities.
• Maintain required certifications within three years of hire.
