Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for a 13‑week TICU assignment in Nashville. This night shift role requires a minimum of 2 years of RN practice, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification. Description:The position is for a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit.The unit contains 12 beds with a patient ratio of 2:1 for ICU patients and 4:1 for Med/surg and PCU patients.The staffing includes Charge RNs, RNs, and Patient Care Technicians.Type of equipment used includes ventilators and specialty beds, with occasional CRRT.The documentation system is Meditech.Scheduling requires a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule, with schedules planned for 4 weeks.The floating policy dictates that contract labor will float first.Candidates are required to have experience in Med/surg.The dress code consists of navy scrubs.Unit-specific policies and guidelines will be made available.Prospective candidates will find a modern work environment with updated equipment and technology.The unit values a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere, promoting professional development among staff.
