Job summary

Medasource is seeking qualified healthcare professionals to support the IMCU/Progressive Care unit at HCA Clear Lake Hospital. The role involves high-acuity patient care on a 6th floor central tower unit, with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:3 to 1:4 and access to Bipap, Trach vents, and Expans e EMR systems.

ACLS and BLS certifications are required. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient monitoring, rapid response to evolving conditions, and adherence to unit guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Typical hiring profile includes IMCU, Progressive Care, ICU-Stepdown.

Responsibilities

• Care for IMCU/Progressive Care patients per unit guidelines.
• Monitor patients and assist with respiratory support as needed.
• Support weekend coverage with 4 weekend shifts.
