Job summary

Medasource is seeking qualified RN staff for the North Channel FSED in Pasadena, TX. The unit runs day, mid, and night shifts with a 1:4 patient ratio and uses Meditech EMR. Candidates must hold an active RN license and certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, CPI.

Preferred: ENPC or NRP. Tasks include IV starts, blood draws, moderate sedation, and splinting. A teamwork and patient-experience focus is essential.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required.
• TNCC certification required.
• RN license active and in good standing.
• NIHSS and CPI certifications required.

Responsibilities

• IV starts and blood draws performed on unit.
• Moderate sedation procedures may be required.
• Splinting and basic patient care tasks.
• Collaborate with team to ensure patient safety.

• Scrub Color/Attire – Royal Blue scrubs, closed-toed shoes (no crocs with holes), No false nails, air pods, meta glasses. Stethoscope should be available for assessment.

Weekends and On call(if any)

• Weekends-As needed or every other, whatever preferred.
