Job summary

Medasource seeks a LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the Nursing Process in alignment with state regulations and hospital policies. Strong leadership, critical thinking, and ongoing education ensure safe delivery of care while supervising assigned staff.

The role requires vent/trach experience, central line knowledge, and Florida RN or multi-state compact licensure. ACLS/BLS certifications must accompany submissions; qualified candidates will follow the mandated

Qualifications

• Must have ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Vent/trach experience, knowledge of central lines, and preferred wound care experience.
• Florida RN license or multi-state compact RN license.

The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Facility Requirements:

• Must have ACLS & BLS certifications, these must be attached to the submission (Must be through the American Heart Association)
• Must have vent/trach experience, knowledge of central lines & preferred wound care experience
• Must have Florida RN or multi-state compact RN license, must be attached to resume
