Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an experienced RN - Labor and Delivery for an onsite 13-week contract in Alexandria, LA. Night shift, 12-hour days with 3 days per week. The unit supports efficient, safety-focused care in a small but busy setting with obstetric procedures and neonate support.

Candidates should be proficient in starting IVs, drawing labs, and vag exams, with OB circulator experience preferred. Rotating weekends and possible call are noted in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficient in starting IVs and drawing labs.
• Proficient in vag exams.

Responsibilities

• Vaginal deliveries on unit(s).
• Cesarean sections (C/sections).
• Amniocentesis procedures performed on unit(s).
• Amnioinfusions performed on unit(s).
• IUPC/FSE placement and monitoring.
