Saint Francis Hospital Memphis is seeking an RN for Medical-Surgical Tele on a full-time days schedule. The role provides direct clinical patient care, with a focus on age-appropriate nursing practices, patient assessment, planning, and evaluation under hospital policy.

The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active state license. BLS is required on hire; ACLS, CPI, and PALS are required within specified timelines.

Qualificações

• RN with current state licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing.
• BLS Certification required upon hire.
• ACLS Certification required within 3 months for specific units.
• CPI Certification required within 3 months for certain roles.
• PALS Certification required within 3 months for specified departments.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct clinical patient care and assumes responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care per shift.
• Supports CNO to ensure high quality, safe nursing care, staff competency, and appropriate resource management.
